In the 10-Day Challenge, What are Examples of Good Subchallenges?

For micro challenges, I include three different pillars of healing and list out several examples for each that I do to help heal from endometriosis and other physical health issues. I have found these to be pretty helpful for me and based on certain research find that they have helped others; but, do know that everyone is different.

You may want to discuss your plans with a trusted doctor to make sure they are right for you and your unique physiology. (For example, I do meal spacing, but someone with blood sugar issues may need to do a modified version, and some people do not feel great with cold juiced vegetables, etc.) Use them as a jumping off point to lead a healthier and more enriched life.
